For in-store pickup, there is no minimum order requirement. For delivery and installation services, we have a $300 minimum order, which includes delivery within 10 miles.

Yes, we offer holiday installations! For major federal holidays, our minimum order is $1,000.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with full payment due 7 days before your event. If you need to cancel, we'll credit your deposit toward a future booking when cancelled at least 7 days in advance.

We proudly serve Northern New Jersey! Based in Chatham, we typically service a 20-mile radius. However, we're happy to discuss arrangements for locations outside this area.

Yes, we offer outdoor installations! Please note that weather conditions can affect balloons - sun exposure may cause discoloration or popping, and wind can impact the installation. For public spaces, customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits.

Our professional-grade balloons typically last at least one week when not exposed to extreme temperatures.

Most installations take 60 minutes or less, as we arrive with pre-assembled components. Larger installations may require additional time, which we'll discuss during planning.
